Münster: Platz zwei auch im Special

After gusty winds on Thursday during the Grand Prix, today in Münster we had plenty of sunshine for the Special. And “Roman” was in top form again! He really does have incredible potential, and with his wonderful blend of power and elegance of movement, he gives you a truly amazing feeling in the saddle. But you should never be too sure, because even with all his focus on me and my aids, he still keep a little bit of an eye on the world outside the arena. I almost had to smile to myself when, before the extended trot on the right, he briefly glanced toward Münster Castle… “Roman” is and always will be “Roman.” With 72.686 percent, First Romance (owend by BG Kippert and Mann) took second place, just as he did in the Grand Prix, and confirmed his great form with consistently strong performances.
