It was a thrilling round in the preliminary test for the Louisdor Prize qualifier!
My ten-year-old star pupil Barcelo OLD (owned by Maik Kanitzky, Gestüt Famos) found the Hamburg arena and the short side, with the spectators sitting so close, really quite exciting. As a result, he unfortunately didn’t find the desired composure on that side, and a few minor mistakes crept in due to the tension. However, there were also many highlights, and we finished third in the Intermediaire II.
Please keep your fingers crossed that the nerves aren’t quite so present tomorrow!
