Barcelo OLD won the qualifying round for the semi-finals of “DERBY Stars of Tomorrow” with top marks.
I’m absolutely delighted and very proud of Maxi Kraft’s Barcelo OLD (breeder: Maik Kanitzky / Gestüt Famos)!
With a score of 75.316 per cent, the ten-year-old charmer took victory in today’s three-star class and made it look as though he’d been competing at this level for ages.
Heike Kemmer summed up our performance after the ride and praised how polished and centred the movements already are: the pirouettes were perfectly placed, the piaffes on the spot, the transitions seemingly effortless – nothing seems to be too difficult for Barcelo. We’re simply a perfect match!
