Too bad, it wasn't meant to be today!
Dante started the test with a great trot tour, the trend was 79 percent in the meantime. The walk tour also went very well, although Dante was a bit tense in the crowded arena. In canter, unfortunately, some very expensive mistakes crept in, such as jumping over in the first pirouette and mistakes in the flying-changes. In the end, Dante and I scored 72.682 percent and came fifth in the Nürnberger Burg Pokal Final.
Even though I had hoped for a bit more points after the warm-up competition, I am very proud of my horses and their performance this year. Faustus will still compete in the freestyle in Frankfurt tomorrow, after which the quieter Christmas period begins for the horses and me.
