Vainqueur and I won the Grand Prix in Aachen.
Admittedly, the arena in the Deutsche Bank Stadium was not easy for the horses yesterday afternoon. The size of the stadium is impressive, and there was also a play of light and shade. But Vainqueur (owners: Gabriele Kippert and Eva Maria Mann) did a really great job and gave me many goosebump moments during the test. The first trot felt brilliant and in many other parts of the test you could see where the journey would hopefully take us!
We secured victory in the Grand Prix with 73.50 per cent.
