Élysée GV showed a great test today and I was particularly pleased about that!
The highly talented Escolar daughter, bred and owned by Sissy Max-Theurer, is an exceptional horse! Elysée came to sport relatively late in life, learns the highest lessons with ease and is blessed with incredible talent. On the other hand, the bay mare is usually a little too committed and wants to show everything she can do, preferably straight away! We still need to get this right and I've worked a lot on this in recent weeks.
That's why I'm particularly pleased with this victory, Élysée went a great, faultless test and was rewarded with 72.451 per cent.
